OUR DESIGN PROCESS

I. INQUIRY


If you are interested in working with us, please fill out our inquiry form. You can locate the form via the “Contact Us” button. We will then contact you within 2-3 business days to arrange a free discovery call with one of our designers.

II. DISCOVERY CALL


This 30-minute discovery call includes a short session with the designer, telling us the scope of the project and how we can assist in achieving your vision for your space(s).


III. FOLLOW-UP


After the discovery call, the client will be sent a Ford Interiors Welcome Packet outlining our services and price ranges.


IV. CONSULTATION


During this meeting, we will review the extents of your needs and your overall vision for your space. We will also review your questionnaire, the design process, timeline, your established budget, and perform a survey of your space(s).

VI. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT


Depending on the services requested, the designer will provide some or all of the following: floor plans, renderings, digital/ physical color concepts, FFE selections/specifications, a shopping list, procurement, and project management. Typical Turnaround time for this phase (depending on service requested and project size) is 3-6 weeks (4-6 weeks for larger projects).

Once design development begins, we will be in regular communication with you via email, phone call, and/or text as we design your space(s). 


VII. APPROVAL/SIGN-OFF


A design presentation package will be provided along with two free revisions (additional revisions will cost a $50 fee per revision.)

Once you approve the designs, you will then signoff on the presentation package and will be presented with an invoice shortly after the presentation. 


VIII. PROCUREMENT


Depending on the design service requested, we will then enter the FFE procurement stage where we will purchase and manage all items selected by you in preparation for the day of delivery.



IX. INSTALL & REVEAL


It will take us at least 1-3 days (depending on the size of the project) to complete the install. Professional photos will be taken upon completion. Based on your comfortability and preferences, you can stay on site or plan to come back to the site once we are ready for the reveal. During the reveal, we will do a walkthrough with you, showing you the new features and products within your space!
