Design Consultation
Designer Fee Starting at: $100
Design Consultation includes a one-hour (or more) session with the lead designer where you both will discuss the scope of the project, project goals and vision, shared feedback and advice from the designer, estimated timeline, and budget.
Design Only
Designer Fee Starting at: $2,500
This service is offered in person and digitally. The designer will provide floor plans, renderings, mood and sample boards, FFE selections, and a shopping list.
Full-Service Design
Designer Fee Starting at: $2,500
Project Fee Starting at: $5,000
This service is a start to completion service which includes drawings, material boards, FFE selections and specifications. The designer will also assist in the purchase/procurement of selected items, project management, and install.
Interior Styling
Designer Fee Starting at: $250
Project Fee Starting at: $500
Interior styling is a in person and digital service focusing on accents, accessories, and art only. The designer will provide conceptual drawings, a mood board board, and a shopping list.
Space Planning
Designer Fee Starting at: $250
This is a specialty service where the designer will provide space plans only. This also includes furniture planning.
Drawing Package
Designer Fee Starting at: $500
This is a specialty service where the designer will provide floor plans & renderings only.
